I saw the first video ALR put out on TikTok and I was hooked. After listening to a podcast where Greg told his story, I knew he was someone I wanted to work with.
What’s your background?
From 2006 to 2024 I farmed pecans, growing from 60 to 1,000 acres in six short years. Before farming, I worked at a steel building manufacturer for 15 years. I worked my way up from painting frames, loading trucks, and delivering building packages to selling materials, then buildings. By year three I ran the warehouse, loading, and seven erection crews, and by year six I was sales manager for the company before returning to farm full time.
Why did you choose ALR?
I chose ALR because I saw something new that excited me. After purchasing my house and remodeling in 2020, I spent countless hours trying to strip 22 wood doors by hand — stripping and sanding — along with other projects that were time consuming and never finished to my standards.
What excites you about ALR?
It’s one thing to want a career in laser cleaning. It’s a whole new ball game when you can build that career using the best equipment while working on an international team of franchisees, enthusiastically supported by a franchisor who’s passionate and truly dedicated to the brand. I believe Advanced Laser Restoration is already the standard and will eventually become a household name.
What are your passions and hobbies?
My passion is spending time with family. I also try to mentor younger people in ways that matter — I’m there when I know I’m needed.
